Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her beloved family on 12th November 2025 aged 85.
Loving wife of the late John and sister of Margaret, Fred, Arthur and David. Proud mother of Stephen, Vanessa and Zoe, adored mother-in-law to Sarka, Dafydd and Alan and loving grandmother and great-grandmother to Caitlin, Erlend, Clodagh, Finlay, Fraser, Mabli, Fergus, and Aurelie.
Hazel will be forever missed and always remembered for her kindness and placing family at the heart of everything.
There will be a private service followed by afternoon tea to celebrate Hazel's life at the Dunoon Hotel, Llandudno at 2.00 p.m. on Friday 5th December.
